Personal Training & Yoga Privates

For both personal strength training and yoga privates, Heather happily offers sessions out of her private studio in Oakland.  Heather also likes to incorporate conversations & plans around making health & fitness a part of your lifestyle.  For more information or to schedule a session, please send an email.

For personal training, she enjoys focusing on strength training in a way that works for your body, carefully building each session for your body’s unique needs & goals.  She uses a mix of weights, resistance bands, weighted balls & the body’s own resistance for fun workouts that have variety.

For yoga privates, Heather tailors her instruction to each person.  She is mindful about proper alignment in postures/asanas, and delivers explanations in a way that makes sense to those that are new to the practice.

Rate: $85/session

Travel fee applies if meeting at another location.
