TIP OF THE WEEK: STRETCH

Most of us work on the computer a lot, which causes us to jut our neck forward, slouch our shoulders & and forearms to get overworked.  Take a moment to step back, stretch it out & open up!  Try to hold each stretch for 20 seconds for maximum benefit.  Make sure you are consciously breathing.  Ahhhhh!  Feels good, right?
