Tip of the Week: HYDRATE

Your body is comprised mostly of water.

Take a moment to breathe into that.

You don’t LOOK like water, you don’t FEEL like water…but, you ARE!

Even your bones contain 22% water.  Your brain is 90% water.  YUP!

Need I saw more?

If you need to grow this habit, be sure to fill up a big bottle before you leave the house and/or tally on a post-it note to see what your current intake is & encourage yourself to drink more.
