Fabulous Folks,

First off, I TOTALLY spaced on sharing with you a very important part of  the 80/20 lifestyle.  The p.s. is you need to thoroughly enjoy the 20%.  Whether it is ice cream, pepperoni pizza, or (fill in the blank); let the guilt go, be present with it, and just love it fully!!!

For that healthy 80%, one of my favorite healthy home-cookin’ friends, Britt Bravo has some amazingly delish dishes to share, with recipes and photos to inspire you in the kitchen.  Doesn’t that mango black bean quinoa salad above make your mouth water?  Check out her photo gallery to get inspired!  The recipes she uses come from a variety of sources and have been tested to pass the delicious and nutritious test!  (p.s. Girl, you can cook for me any day!)
