Dear Fitness Friends,

Happy moment!  How’re ya’ll doing?

I wanted to take the opportunity to give ya’ll a shout-out of appreciation.

Life gets busy and throws so many things our way, and ya’ll manage to come back to your balance time and time again.  Sure, we all have moments where we eat a bit more ice cream than usual or we get into a funky mood; but somehow, we carry on and continue to make choices that serve ourselves in the best ways.

In the midst of this busy-ness, we find ways to create time to work out to help our bodies and brains.  Whether you are walking around the city for endless blocks, going for a jog in the sunshine, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or coming to class to dance it up…Wahoo for you!  Keep it up!

Lookin’ forward to seeing ya’ll local folks on the dancefloor this week!  Best of luck to ya’ll outta town, holdin’ it down!
