Friday 5:30pm at IOF.  Urban Dance Kick/Circuit Weights!

Saturday 10:30am at Hipline.  Ladies ~ Shimmy Pop!


Hello, Beautiful People,

I hope this finds ya’ll healthy and feeling good!

Spring Break.  Sounds good, right?  Well, I have spent mine thus far doing not-so-fun things that needed to get done (taxes, anyone?).  In reflecting, I realize I need to take a day (or a few) to just DO ME!  I’m going to encourage ya’ll to do the same.  And, if you don’t have time  given to you to take off now, I highly recommend taking a personal day for yourself, even if you have to schedule one into the calendar in the next month so you know it’s coming!  Challenge yourself to only do things you want to do!  Give yourself the gift of time.  All the things that need to get done will still be there (i.e. cleaning out the closet), but I think you may feel more ready to tackle them when you come back to them.  That’s what I’m hoping for!

Speaking of, I’m gonna do just that.  I’ll miss working it out with ya’ll at the beginning of this week, but I look forward to dancin’, smilin’, sweatin’, and singin’ with you either Thursday or Friday!
