Work out with me this week!

Monday 5:30pm at IOF.  Urban Dance/Circuit Weights/Kickbox!  Join for 2 or 3 segments.

Tuesday 5:15pm at Hipline.  Ladies~ Shimmy Pop!

Wednesday 5:15pm at Hipline.  Ladies ~ POWER Pop!

Thursday 5:15pm at Hipline.  Ladies~ Shimmy Pop!

Friday 5:30pm at IOF.  Urban Dance Kick/Circuit Weights!

Saturday 10:30am at Hipline.  Ladies ~ Shimmy Pop!


Dear Fitness Friends,

Heyyya!  Spring has sprung, and it’s time for some fun in the sun!  With the extra hour of daylight, it makes me feel more energetic to get out and about in the early evenings (the trade-off, of course, being it is SO hard to wake up!).  I enjoyed a stroll after teaching last week at 7 pm, without thinking about getting home asap because of the darkness.  Yay for more light!

While I still expect to see all of you local lovelies in class, this time of year offers the a brilliant opportunity to ramp up our exercise in fun new ways!  Here are some suggestions:

* Instead of meeting a friend for coffee, go for a walk or hike.

* Sign up for a 5k or a fun race that will get you outside and training.

* Work in a work-out day outside, either walking stairs, climbing hill, jogging the lake, or something to this affect.  If there is a bench, throw in some push-ups and tricep dips while you are at it!

More ideas?  Feel free to share!  Soak up some rays (with your sunblock on, of course!) and get your sweat on!
