Friday 5:30-6:30 pm at IOF.  Dance Kick / Circuit

Saturday 11:45-12:45 at Hipline.  Ladies ~ Shimmy Pop!

Greetings!  I hope that 2010 is off to a wonderful start for all of you!

Last week, I wrote about making goals for the New Year.  Many folks make resolutions; keeping them can be the challenging part!

Here are some tips to stay focused and actualize your fitness goals:

* Post your goal(s) somewhere that you will be reminded of daily (i.e., fridge, bathroom mirror, desk).

*Block time off on your calendar for working out, and stick to it like a business meeting or a plan you made with a friend that you cannot cancel on.

* Mark on your calendar the days you met your goal.  A star or smiley face always feels good!

* Tell a friend your goal and have them check-in with you.

* Sign up for my motivational program.

* Keep in mind the 80/20 rule: 80% of the time, be ‘good’ to diet, exercise, etc; and 20% of the time, let go and do what you want to do.

* Take one step at a time, one moment at a time.

Find your inspiration and go for it, ya’ll!
