* Monday and Friday, 5:30-6:30 pm at Inside Out.

* Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30-6:15 for Kaiser Empoyes only.

* Saturday, 11:45 am at Hipline.  (Reserve you spot on-line!)


Hello, Fitness Friends!

I hope this finds you well and enjoying all that life has to offer!

Ya’ll inspire and impress me constantly!  I am in awe of your energy and motivation you give when you are in class!  AND, You gotta keep on keepin’ on!  Here are some thoughts on staying motivated:

1) Find, renew, or appreciate a Fitness Best Friend.  It always helps inspire us and not feel so alone when we are ‘in it’ with someone.

2) Take a fun fitness class!  As the weather changes, it can be more challenging to get outside to hike or to motivate youself to get your booty in gear.  Check out the schedule at your gym.  (You can even make requests to the gym for a class you would like to see added!)

3) Listen to fun music!  I heart music, and am so affected by it!  Make a playlist that makes you want to throw your hands up and boogy on down!

4) Reward youself!  On days you are finding it even harder than usual, promise yourself a cup of tea at your favorite coffee shop after.  Or, make plans to get a pedicure.  Do something nice for your body as a follow-up!

5) Take one step at a time!  If you are feeling especially tired, tell yourself you can just go for a short workout that day.  Chances are, when you get going, you’ll feel so much better, you’ll want to do more.  If not, be nice to yourself, and remember something is better than nothing!  Take the step!
