Seasons Changing

Howdy, Fabulous Folks!

Have you noticed the shift in weather recently?  Have you been aware of night settling on us a bit earlier each day?  These changes make it easier to collapse into your couch after a long day and stay there.  They make it more justifiable taking things a bit easier, as bikini/speedo season has passed and tanktops/universals are being put at the bottom of the drawer or being layered under warmer clothing.   I get it, I know, I have to fight these same hibernation urges of fall-soon-to-be-winter, too!

The best thing you can do for your mental and physical needs is to WORK IT OUT!  That’s right!  You will feel so much better when you exercise!  It may be more challenging to get outside for the beautiful hike you want to take.  You may find it hard to motivate to go kayaking than a month ago.  The good news is:  your local gym with fitness classes is there for you!  Just think of those oh-so-good feelings generated during a workout and get your booty going!

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:15 pm at KP Fit.

Starting in the next couple of weeks, for the ladies, Saturdays, 11:45 am at Hipline.

Keep on working it out, superstars!  Take that energy from your heart and put it in your body!
